Hi! Welcome to our Hair Loss EVENTS. My name is Crystal Dorado. I started Secret Tailcomb and here is why..
My journey started in 2002. I become a Licensed Cosmetologist, specializing in hairstyling with Tricoci in the Chicago area. Behind the chair I have noticed 1 in 3 clients have hairloss issues. I needed to understand why and how I could help. In 2017, my hair styling career quantified, with the knowledge and passion of becoming a hair loss and scalp specialist called (Trichology). I there became a Certified Trichologist from USTI.
Trichology works with capilliscopes and other instruments to help IDENTFY different types of alopecia and scalp disorders. Were trained to help patients understand the emotional, psychological as well as the physical symptoms of hair loss and help them manage their needs.
Trichologist provides holistic treatments, including laser hair therapy, hair loss products, non-surgical hair replacement therapy and client services. We also work with your doctors and dermatologist to help further the solution of your needs.
Being behind the chair, I have realized there is a NEED for specialty hair loss, holistically. Having these events gives the people an opportunity to look at their hair loss at a closer look and start gaining new hairs.

Who has hair loss?
Alopecia is a medical term which simply means "hair loss."
Alopecia does not refer to one specific hair loss disease.
IN FACT: you can have more then 3 different types of alopecia on your scalp at one time.
